Built for the multi-agency reality.
Maritime, airport security, wildfire response, and special-mission tasking rarely involve a single agency. ISR C2 is designed so the same operating picture can be served — with different permissions and overlays — to the coast guard, the airport operator, the wildfire incident commander, and the supporting military element.
Dissemination is encrypted per-recipient, not per-server. A partner agency sees only the tracks and overlays its mandate covers.
